HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS! SCAMMERWe had the most lovely experience with Alisha, I explained that the bride needed to be somewhere she could feel confident and comfortable, we had all of that UNTILL the bride found out months later than the dress had never been order and her money was gone. Alisha has absolutely done a runner with this money and This has happened with a large amount of other brides and luckily someone contacted us to make us aware of what Alisha has been up to. When approached she was rude and uncaring. She will do this again, please ignore any good reviews!!

SCAM!This woman has scammed my friend! Says she orders the wedding dress but never does, which has been confirmed by suppliers. She now won’t return any contact and is avoiding her. Cannot be trusted and now left without a wedding dress. Do not buy from her.

*Do Not Buy from Alisha Jade Bridal*Whilst I did not buy from her myself my cousin did and she's had the most awful few weeks trying to track this woman down with no luck at all and has not received a dress she has paid for in full many months ago. The last few weeks have been stressful beyond belief trying to source a new wedding dress which as many would know that is why these dresses are ordered so far in advance. What should be a happy time leading up to a wedding day has been totally spoiled with this stress. A visit was made to her shop where she was found to be with a new 'client/victim' and she declined to talk to my cousin and subsequently tried to escape by leaving the premises at the rear. She was discovered doing this, tried to blame brides who hadn't paid her during COVID and then sped off. The more people that know about her the better. Avoid like the plague!!!!!

I would do O/5 if I could. Please avoid this shop!Ordered my wedding dress April 2021, cannot fault the experience of trying on dresses, drinking Prosecco after saying yes to the dress etc! Alisha was fantastic at this point. Until she had my money.I initially paid 50% deposit and got told the dress would take around 20 weeks leading us up to mid September, I didn’t hear a thing, chased it up in October and got told the dress was on its way but she needed the other 50% in order to ‘book me in for collection’ whereas her contract states that the remaining 50% of the cost is paid on collection of the gown, after politely declining the remaining payment until collection she told me she would pay the difference and would contact me when my dress arrived. December, chased again, was told it would be any day now as the dress was on ‘uk soil’. January and February chased. No updates. I am now being ignored via emails, phone calls and texts, I have sent a Breach of contract notice almost 2 weeks ago and heard nothing. I have now had to go to the dress designer directly who have been fantastic and are looking into ways to get my dress to me although they have now put her account on hold whilst investigating as it turns out I’m not the only one to have gone through this! It’s made me so poorly with stress during what is supposed to be the most exciting time of my life. I don’t want this to happen to other brides!Avoid this boutique!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! CANNOT BE TRUSTED!After paying for my wedding dress almost a year ago and it now being less than 5 months until my wedding, I am without a dress and am unable to get in touch with Alisha through any forms of communication! She has basically gone awol with my money.Alisha stated that my dress would take 20 weeks to arrive in the UK which would of been November 2021. After a lot of messages back and forth, it became very clear that she hasn’t received my dress and I am unsure if my dress was even ordered!Alisha has now gone radio silent and isn’t responding to any messages, emails, telephone calls and I have been unable to locate her at her bridal shop.I am now having to pay FULL payment AGAIN for another dress as I am unable to afford my dream dress again as I have unfortunately paid for my dress in full after Alisha told me that there were changes to our contract.I cannot believe that what should be an amazing period before my wedding has turned into my worst nightmare and I am constantly stressed.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

❌AVOID THIS BRIDAL SHOP DO NOT BUY❌Alisha Jade is not to be trusted she has been paid in full for a bridal gown in July 2021 for my niece’s wedding in a weeks time and has not supplied it.After lots of attempts to contact this women with no luck for many weeks we still have no dress veil or belt and no explanation as to why we haven’t received it!This has been a very stressful time for all the family and has made my niece poorly.Just don’t want any other Brides to be ripped off like my niece, and have to go through what we have. We believe we are not the only one’s there are many others!How this women sleeps at night is a mystery???⛔️ PLEASE BE CAREFUL ‼️

I really didn’t want to have to leave a negative review but now it seems like this has become my only option as I really don’t want to see this happen to any future brides.Like the other reviews Alisha was amazing at my first appointment on the 13th June 2021. She made me feel wonderful and I found my dream dress! I paid 50% deposit and signed a contract, of which we both have a copy with the same terms. “The final payment is due upon collection of the dress.” The contract also states estimated arrival of the dress to be November 2021.I had no contact from Alisha at all until I sent her a message in February this year saying I was concerned I hadn’t heard anything. Upon receiving this message Alisha told me my dress was ready to be shipped to her and asked for me to pay the remaining balance before she could get the dress shipped to the shop due to other brides letting her down during covid, in this message she also stated my outstanding balance was £200 more than what was in my contract. I have heard absolutely nothing since this last message, I have tried ringing the shop and leaving an answerphone messages as well as messages on Instagram. At this point I am extremely concerned I’m never going to get my dress, how can somebody just ignore you after they have taken your money? I have since contacted and spoken to the wedding dress designer and they have said they are aware there are a number of us having problems and that they are also unable to get in contact with Alisha. This is meant to be an enjoyable time and so far all I have experienced is stress and worry! And still I’ve had no response from Alisha. I don’t want any other brides to have to experience this, it’s heartbreaking!

I am so disappointed I have to do this but as ladies have come forward from another brides comment on Facebook, Alisha has now deleted Facebook and I don’t want another bride to go through what 6 of us are currently.I brought my dress in May 2021 and Alisha was fantastic at the appointment, I can’t fault her for that. She told me 6 months for delivery. 6 months came and went. I contacted Alisha in January 2022 and the next day she told me my dress was on Uk soil then asked if I pay the other 50% she would get it shipped. I declined and said this is against my contract. She then said that since covid brides have cancelled weddings so she’s been left with the dresses (I brought mine May 2021- covid had been around over 12 months). I still refused to pay as it just did not sit right. She then told me she would get it shipped mid feb, mid feb came and went and Alisha told me she had had covid as had her son. My partner messaged her as a potential customer to see if the shop was open and she told him it was not open as she was celebrating her birthday. I challenged Alisha on this and again asked when my dress would be there. She told me it was ready to be shipped but gave no date when it would be shipped. She also sold me a dress that doesn’t come in the colour she sold me! I then saw another review and contacted the lady who wrote it and she had had the same issues. At this point I lost all faith in Alisha and served her with a breach of contract notice. She is now ignoring all correspondence. I love to support small local businesses but I cannot stand by and watch more brides potentially go through what she has put me and several other brides through. She’s now deleted her Facebook with the negative reviews on and I worry brides are going to purchase a dress when she hasn’t provided dresses from nearly 12 months ago!

Alisha Jade Bridal saved me and my wedding.I am a very self conscious person and struggled to find my perfect dress. Every other shop I went to with my mum and best friend put the hard sell on and I thought I’d never get a dress sorted… and then I found Alisha.From the moment I spoke to her and told her of my issues, she arranged a private appointment and when I got there I felt so welcomed and was put at ease. There was a lot of choices, different styles and colours. Alisha asked me the right questions and within 40 minutes I had tried on quite a few dresses and found my dream dress.Alisha explained fully how it all worked and when the dress would arrive, she explained the deposit and when the final balance was due and we signed off the order with a contract.When the dress arrived Alisha called to arrange another private appointment and I was blown away, I thought the dress was perfect, `Alisha recommended a little alteration and she was right to, when the dress came back the dress was made even better by the little nip and tuck. I am so happy and relieved that I finally got the dress sortedThank you so much Alisha, for all your help, support and knowledge. I was dreading the day, but now I can’t wait to show everyone.. Roll on April and the big day!
