Always kind and look after my dog. He loves going there

We recently lost our lovely dog Austin. Yesterday we received a lovely hand written card and paw prints of our big boy. They also sent a little packet of “Forget me not seeds” I cannot tell you how much that was appreciated. Special thanks to Georgia and the nurses who looked after Austin, they were empathetic, respectful and extremely professional. We are grateful for their support. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, they are fantastic to deal with . Grateful thanks.

The vets are so caring and kind, I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else but there.

My chosen vets over all others in the area.. until today. Today I was not happy, I took my 2 year old German Shepherd in for vaccinations, my dog has been raised around baby’s and children, never once has he shown ANY sign of aggression towards anyone EVER!The vet “Lorna” forced my dog to wear a muzzle, said he got a bit excited last time...(not aggressive.. or tried to bite, excited!!) said he has to wear it for BOTH OUR SAFETY! madness!My dog has never even seen a muzzle before and putting it on caused a lot of distress for him, it scared him.. I tried to reason with her and tell her he would be easier to handle without the muzzle as he doesn’t know what it is.. he started flapping trying to get it off and she said he only started getting scared when he seen the needle in her hand.. a load of nonsense.. never have I seen my dog get so scared. Then she tried telling me he should be wearing one anyway and I should be training him to wear one, I am seriously considering using a different vets from now on.

Always very helpful in the past we had a dog and cat put down and they been very supportive

All my pets have been to wright & Morton, they have always looked after my animals wouldnt take them anywhere else

Always friendly, give expert advice, wouldn't consider anywhere else to take my dogs.
