Top Quality Service!Can't recommend enough!Sent two bikes to Matt, both of which needed a lot of working doing to them. He kept us updated with what parts needed replacing/ servicing, a cost breakdown and timescale of the work carried out, ensuring we were happy with the work he was doing to the bikes. He even managed to source parts which no other shop managed to find so the bikes remained period-correct. Super fast turn around so we could get back on two wheels as quickly as possible.Excellent customer service from Matt, really friendly to talk to and definitely knows his stuff.Thrilled to have Matt work on our bikes, and will continue to use Stamford Cycleworks for any bicycle-related servicing - and you should too!Thank you!

Matt is exceptional in being capable of working on many different bicycles of different types and ages. He serviced my 1950’s Raleigh with 3-speed Sturmey Archer with the same quality and attention to detail as my Cannondale SuperSix Evo Hi-Mod. I now have a queue of bikes for him to service! I highly recommend him for any of your bike servicing needs.

I highly recommend Matt, the work, service and pricing was excellent.I called Matt as I was having a few issues with setting up the brakes on a new bike I had bought. He said he could do the work straight away and he even picked the bike up as he was walking home from town and I was on his way. I was extremely happy with his work and the pricing, he also made sure the bike was oiled and re-routed the brake wires. I had my bike back within a few hours and he even dropped it back off for me.I will definitely be using Matt again in the future.

Matt did a terrific job and corrected faults that the previous service engineer had failed to sort out. Bike is running beautifully and I'm very happy with the quality of service and cost.

Great service and lovely people! Took my new Rocky Mountain to Matt for first service and to investigate creaky BB. Matt advised the BB was in poor shape. Contacted the retailer (Paul’s) and once they knew it was Matt working on the bike they didn’t hesitate to ship replacement parts under warranty, due to his reputation. I had an excellent experience with Matt! I brought in my bike with a problematic rear derailleur that was driving me crazy, and Matt took care of it in no time. He clearly knew what he was doing and was very skilled at his craft. Not only did he fix my derailleur, but he also took the time to give me some great advice on my upcoming bike packing trip.Matt's knowledge and expertise were evident, and I appreciated his friendly and approachable demeanor.
