We are loyal customers here and just ordered 2 pizzas and chips from here which we have ordered many times before. Disgusting customer service I asked to speak with the manager as the chips are so salty they are totally inedible and the Pizza base is Raw. She said the manager wasn't in until tomorrow and that she wasn't going to do anything about it and hung up. Disgraceful. I will be calling tomorrow and explaining this is simply not the way to treat customers. This is definitely not the same standard and I do not expect to have the phone put down. If I could give 0 stars I would

Nice food but rude staff. When I order my pizza online it said it was going to take 20 minutes for me to collect. When I came to collect I was ignored by all the staff member with in the takeaway. After mentioning I had come to collect so food I got a one word answer of “wait”. I do not expect to be spoken to when collect my food. After I waited a few minutes my food was slammed on the counter too followed by “go”. I was appalled at being spoken to like this by somewhere I had spent my money.Even though the staff were rude I can not fault the taste and size of the pizza I got. It was very tasty and a 10” pizza seemed to be bigger than a normal 10”.If I was to buy from here again I would get delivery so I did not have to interact with the rude staff member inside the shop.

Service gets ZERO! Never ever have I met such a rude, disinterested, nonchalant front of the house staff. Piece of advice for the girl, there are jobs that don’t involve working with people.Also a business that only takes cash always raises suspicion in my opinion.Pizzas were actually ok, they are your Domino’s, Papa John’s style pizza only good when nothing else available. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Been ordering from here a few years but will stop now, prices have shot up £2 delivery charge but also 50p service charge? Cost £16 for kebab meat and chips delivered

Normally really good, however the chips have been disappointing.. under cooked and soft.. used to be nicely cooked golden and a bit crispy.

Ordered a chicken pizza they forgot the chicken, the kebab meat was so dry it was appalling had a few bad takeaways in a row now. Something not right! Not worth the money at all £33

Opening times on door say that it is open to 11 but rock up at 10.40 to find the door is locked and to be told that it is closed. Not the first time this has happened. Won't bother again

I've regularly ordered here for the last couple of years, and they've always been constantly excellent. High quality pizzas, generous side order portions, good range of collection and delivery deals. They've always delivered within an hour and the food is always hot.
