Orders a foil replacement and blades. Only the foil arrived but because I’d opened the box I was told I couldn’t return a I was offered a small partial refund and told to reorder at double the price of the refund. Told it was obvious the blades weren’t there before I opened but given the blades belong behind the foil I can’t see how that’s the case. That obvious that the person sending didn’t manage to pick up on it. Poor service originally but that can happen. The service afterwards from the customer service agent & her manager were beyond terrible.
