James recently did a full refurb of my mum's bathroom and I have to say how impressed I am with James and Complete Heat. James did a fantastic job from start to finish. The bathroom looks beautiful now with the new walk in shower and my mum couldn't be happier. James was courteous and professional throughout and completed this job quickly to an exceptionally high standard. I recommended Complete Heat to my daughter who was having problems with a botched boiler job from someone else and James fit her in on a moment's notice to fix it. She was over the moon and has since recommended James to several of her friends. We will absolutely use Complete Heat again in the future.

James is an excellent engineer who has a wide experience in domestic gas installations. His work for us included new radiator and resolving heating pipe work issues. Also bathroom upgrade all carried out in a professional and polite manner. Highly recommend James who is a pleasure to have in our home.

I couldn't recommend James enough. He did an amazing job installing our kitchen and bathroom. An unbelievably hard worker who shows up when he says he will. He gets the job done not only well but always surpasses expectations. Cannot fault him and will be using him again.

Highly recommended. Very punctual and polite. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Fitted new boiler, Hive controller and replaced 2 radiators in a day. Very clean and tidy. James went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect including hiding pipework and also diagnosed and rectified a faulty thermostatic mixer shower.
