DGS windows supplied and fitted my Residence 7 windows and the service they provided is absolutely excellent. This team are always friendly and professional and will go the extra mile to make sure they deliver above your expectations. I'm really delighted with their fantastic service and them supplying and fitting windows which are not only in keeping with the traditional look of my house, but triple A rated for energy efficiency.

Can’t fault them, they care about their work and getting it right for you and are good at communicating, even if it’s bad news with supplier delays! DGS Windows were recommended to us by a family member. We wanted a new glass roof on our existing conservatory and found initial discussions with DGS staff very useful in helping us decide our final choice. Last month DGS windows came to install all new windows at my property on the recommendation from my neighbour. From start to finish DGS we’re absolutely amazing, I had 6 windows changed and they were quick, efficient and left no mess which was fantastic considering how much dust came out the window frames. The lads were also super friendly and could have a great laugh with them. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will use again on other projects in the future. Thank you

Tim gave us down to earth advice at consultation stage meaning we made some cost effective decisions. They were best value out of 4 quotations and once we chose them, they were communicative, prompt and very tidy during installation. We are nothing short of delighted with the end result of the full house refit of windows we went for. We feel like it was such a great job it will help add value to the house. We found our fitters to be a pair of true gents too making the whole experience delightful.

Installation went fine, but as soon as they have received your money, they are not interested. We've had a warranty issue for over a month now and they are simple not interested. Won't return any attempts at contact and it's looking like a trip the small claims court is in order. If you're not bothered about aftersales service, they will do a good for you, but if you're after peace of mind, avoid at all costs.
