All great, booked in car, collected by a very professional chap, work done (mot and service) returned cleaned and on time what’s not to like. I will def use again unlike my local Peugeot dealer who I will never use again.

Fantastic service, everything explained clearly. Quick and efficient, mechanic was very friendly and gave me great confidence in what he was doing.This is the 2nd year I’ve brought my car here for its MOT and I would always recommend you. Never any hidden charges or saying you need work doing unless it 100% needs doing. Again i was impressed by the service provided. My car was collected, serviced and MOT'D in a very customer centred way. Throughout the service i was contacted by email and video to discuss the stages involved and to sanction any operations required. Booked in for a recall relating to cambelt issues. Staff very pleasant and was told 2 days to do the work so booked time off work and dropped car of early Monday. I rang them at 3.30pm on Tuesday as not heard anything to be told it would not be ready until Wednesday as a part had not been delivered. Would have thought all parts should have been pre ordered prior to starting the work. Next problem was I couldn't get to pick up the car before they closed at 6pm so had to delay until the Saturday which caused some logistical issues for my wife getting to work. When we collected the car was told it had been valeted inside and out but it obviously hadn't as still had oily finger marks on the bonnet. Not left me with the best impression given it was the first time I had used them.

Great experience here. Although I had to travel over an hour I didn’t mind as the team were super friendly and helpful. I only brought my car in for a recall but when I collected it it had been cleaned spotless both inside and out. I also received a personalised video of the recommendations I needed for my vehicle. The staff were great with any telephone enquiries and really friendly in person as well. The friendliness of the staff has made me want to go back and buy a new car from them! Glad I got the opportunity to review as I came away from the garage thinking what a fantastic team they all were, thanks again.

I have been dealing with this dealership for about twelve years and bought several new cars from them. I have always found them efficient and friendly and their servicing excellant. I know my car is safe with them be it for servicing, MOTing or repairing and I always pick my car up clean and valeted.
