Lee has been invaluable in planning our recently purchased house renovations. Two new steels beams to open the entire house up were designed by Lee and have passed building regulations with no hassle (one for to open the kitchen and another for the removal of the chimney breast). Also designed a beautiful garage extension with 1st floor plans for the future.Would highly recommend to anyone needing an architect or structural engineer as all of my partners mobility needs were taken into account when designing the garage extension into a home office with a downstairs shower room.

Wasn’t a pleasant experience at all. Didn’t listen to my needs or instructions at all. Ignored the needs of my son and offered a totally inappropriate build for my disabled mother. Getting it so wrong very nearly disabled the whole project. A real low time in my life when I reached out for help and was totally unheard.
