Eden Court Medical Practice

It is the first clinic where I am registered and really is wonderful .I like the staff, the ladies at the reception are wonderful. I've always preferred emailing and they call me in the shortest time .☆☆☆☆☆

Been with this doctors 53 yrs . Always been a good surgery , it did go down a little when dr Sadler and dr spencer left ,but has since moved surgery an in the last 15 +yrs or so has improved again ,Never fail to get appointment or a phone call from doctor .might be a long time to get through but at least you can , compared to some horror stories at other surgery’s , we are lucky . Pleasant receptionists, great doctors and the good doctors stay which is great . I’m happy withEden court .Thank you ,

Used to be a fabulous GP surgery when I first joined and now it’s gone down hill very fast. Doctors that dismiss your worries and receptionist who share the same empathy as a rock. Receptionist need more training in communication skills as at the moment it is dead and they’re condescending when all you need is help. Doctors need to listen to what their patients are saying and what their worries are! Isn’t that what they have trained for all these years? As a healthcare professional myself, I am actually quite disappointed that this is how the manager is allowing to run the GP. Shame.

Used to be an amazing GP! The doctors and nurses here are usually amazing hence the 2 star. But when speaking to the receptionist they make you feel like rubbish. You Try and book an appointment weeks in advance to be told we have non no matter when you ask for one. When you explain you get told well no rather than them just asking there has been a few times where I have had to get them to ask the nurse to see me and the nurse have no problem, but when speaking to receptionist they are just not bothered. They make you feel belittled and stupid for requesting an appointment. You tell them I need it I'll be In pain. Nothing we can do, when reality they could at least ask. You then get told we can send you somewhere else to find out they didnt and now you dont know what to do. You can hear them sniggering and laughing in the background. Answering the phone laughing.Honestly wasn't a nice experience at all, this isn't the first time and it never used to be like this.

Nurse Heather is absolutely amazing. Love her to bits! Really down to Earth and caring, immediately made me feel relaxed and at ease when I let her know I was nervous. I wish all of my appointments could be with her!

I am thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service provided by Eden Court Medical Practice. Undoubtedly it stands out as one of the best medical practices in the Birmingham area and in my experience as a patient. Dr. Hutchinson is an exemplary physician and I'm genuinely delighted that they serve as the designated GP for both myself and my family members.

The staff and doctors are very helpful and friendly. I always seem to feel better when I've been, even if they've not given me anything to help. Just talking sometimes helps.

I switched myself and my daughter to Eden court over a year ago . The difference has been amazing. Much easier ti get Appoitments and being able to message the doctors for medical advice has been such a great help.
