Very flippant attitude towards me. Not helpful at all. Won't be going back

6th August 2023 ordered and paid in full for fireplace. Due to a problem and despite calling in and ringing still not delivered - very disappointed

Very good service. Had stove fitted by 2 very pleasant work men. Very clean with all rubbish removed. Dealing with sales was very easy with good advice

Called at the new show room today for a spare part, after being a long term customer, for different items, over the years. I was delighted to find the owner was still very welcoming and helpful. The after care being first class and advice very honest. The new lines in fire places are very modern and impressive, as is the wall art and mirrors. Will be my first stop when upgrading. Great service and great choices.

Trying to do the right thing and support local etc etc we approached these guys re fitting a stove in our living room….We have a fireplace which had the previous stove removed so we needed a sweep, new liner and stove with fitting. We live in an end terrace so was aware of needing extra scaffold. We took pictures and had the cash waiting.The guy we spoke to just wouldn’t entertain us. Maybe we had one of those faces, I don’t know. Quoted silly money (we think on purpose) but when that didn’t deter us, said that it wouldn’t be possible anyway looking at our fireplace and being an end terrace was a problem. He completely dismissed us and continued to talk to another couple wearing tweed. We left deflated.We got in touch with a chap called Steve Ely who is a local sweep. He came out and did all the work we needed for under 3k (this was 2019) so aware prices are more now. I couldn’t recommend Steve enough over this place.
