We hired our wedding suits from Farley's in September and cannot recommend them highly enough. The suits were fantastic quality, as was the service we received from all of the staff. Vijay is extremely knowledgeable and he helped us pick the perfect suit, as well as recommending somebody who could colour match our cravats. Thank you!

Used Farley's for my wedding suits and they provided a fantastic, thorough and professional service. Some of our party were unable to be fitted in person but this wasn't a problem. Everyone looked great on the day and I was also able to buy my suit which was a bonus.

We can’t thank all the staff at Farley’s enough for all the help and guidance they gave to us when picking the suits for our big day. They made every step of the way extremely simple, and were always responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Whilst we love locally in the Midlands, our big day was in Cornwall but that was no hurdle to us as the suits were ready for when we needed them and the team were extremely accommodating and made the whole process stress free. A wonderful service received throughout our wedding day preparations. Being a big lad and not one for clothes shopping, I was dreading suit shopping.However from initial phone call to make an appointment to handing our suits in after the wedding, we received a top rate service.On arrival the shop is very nicely laid out and the staff make you immediately welcome and put you at ease. They take in to account your thoughts and then swiftly set about getting you the right suit.I loved the suit and for once looked very smart. All thanks to the staff and there eye for what fits you best and compliments your bride. We used Farley’s suit hire and the suits were excellent quality. The service was friendly, relaxed and gave expert guidance for myself who struggles to make decisions. I had groomsmen coming from all over the country and they were very flexible in getting them booked in for the fitting. Would highly recommend for any special occasion.

Horrendous experience hiring our wedding suits from Farleys last September. I could make a list of all of the issues we had throughout our dealings with them, but the worst and most upsetting of all was the stress of trying to fix damaged suits and the completely wrong waistcoats the day before we got married. We couldn’t collect the suits when originally planned on the Wednesday as they needed to send one of the suits for dry cleaning due to a mark when they supposedly inspected them. Because of this we collected on the Thursday, but then had to make another journey back to Farleys on the Friday (the day before we got married) as all of the waistcoats were completely wrong (we hired matching three piece suits and these were not), there were holes in the waistband of the trousers on several pairs, buttons missing, measurements for junior trousers wrong. They agreed all of this was unacceptable and the waistcoats were definitely not what was on our order paperwork. We are unsure why none of this was noticed upon ‘inspection’. We only pulled it off thanks to a family member driving to Telford (3+ hour round trip, therefore missing out on the important day before wedding preparations) to collect the correct waistcoats and correct size junior trousers direct from their supplier, and thanks to the manager getting her needle and thread out in store to fix the imperfections on everything else. Farleys didn’t seem to want to take any responsibility and were just insistent it was their supplier’s fault. The manager told us this happened regularly and this was why they wouldn’t be offering wedding suit hire into the new year. After pressing Farleys for a partial refund (with much toing and froing whilst we were on our honeymoon), it was eventually agreed and we got some money back. Because of this, we decided it wasn’t worth leaving a negative review especially as they were not going to be continuing wedding suit hire but, having heard to the contrary, we felt compelled to share our awful experience. If, like us, you hope for a stress free experience hiring suits, I would absolutely not recommend using Farleys.
