Received a 5 star service from Andrew today. Andrew went above and beyond to help, his knowledge and expertise helped us choose the right flooring for us. He was friendly and gave us the best advise with no hard sell. Felt comfortable and a valued customer.

I was looking for a carpet for my living room. I spoke to Jon who was very helpful and advised me of what options I had. The carpet was fitted 6 days later and I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for flooring.

Excellent service from ordering in the shop to having the carpet fitted. No complaints. Would highly recommend.

Jon serverd us over two consecutive weekends for bathroom flooring. Very pleasant and helpful. So much so I brought the sister in law in to purchase a bedroom carpet.

We had a very tricky problem with our small bathroom. We wanted to replace our existing vinyl flooring with some new product. We went to see Jon at Ilkeston and we were pleasantly surprised at the wide choice of vinyl that was available. We discussed the job with Jon and ordered the vinyl to suit, however after a visit from Jon, we discovered that the existing vinyl was glued down which was a major fitting problem. Jon discussed this with his fitters and they decided to spread talcum powder over the glue, ingenious. The job was installed without a problem and looks great, so we are delighted with the service.

If I could give it less I definitely would. I am absolutely disgusted with the company and their idea of “customer service”!We bought carpets for 3 rooms in the house and some flooring for the bathroom. When it arrived one of the carpets we had chosen was laid out in the room and had been labelled wrong in store therefore it was too short for the room! The label it had been marked up in store matched what we were looking for but when it arrived it was too small.After speaking with the company they agreed we could come and choose a different carpet to the value of the one we had and they would fit it for us there and then. So we took time out of renovations to go down and pick a new carpet (the carpet fitters were kind enough to fit it the same day!) once we picked a new carpet (which was £10 cheaper than the original one we wanted!). Once home the carpet fitters laid the new carpet out which is damaged see images (there is a crinkled line running down the middle of the carpet and mess on the bottom!)We then received a phone call once the carpet had been fitted and the employee asked us to come and pay £50 for the new carpet or he would ask the fitters to pull it up and bring it back! £43 for the carpet and £7 for the fitting!! Tell me how that makes sense when you are the one who made the mistake and we are the ones having to deal with it!!!?? Absolutely disgraceful, I have never in my life experienced such rude and outrageous “customer service!”We were going to use this company for our stairs and landing but that’s definitely not going to happen now! I wouldn’t go near this company if I were you!

I absolutely love my carpet. Keith came and was polite and friendly. He has done a fantastic job. Can’t find any faults at all, and I am quite particular. He tidied up all the carpet into a bin bag. Fantastic fitting! Thank you very much!

In response to the below review Maria Thompson was not mistaken at all. The floor was fitted wrong!This is how you laid the floor. Half chevron half herringbone. Who in the right mind would ask for that ?You also left a pile of rubbish on the driveway after fitting the first time. How dare you insinuate she was lying. The photo proves that it was laid in 2 different patterns.Perhaps your joiners didn't communicate wich pattern they were laying resulting in half herinbone half chevron.Either way it is not down to Maria I was there when we were quoted and specifically asked for herinboneWhat a disaster and to reply saying she was mistaken is the final straw i would give no stars if I could.

Came out & measured up for landing and stairs carpet + laminate flooring for hall way.Fitted on day quoted and all went smoothly, will be using again soon for living and dining room.Used again as promised for living room and dining room. Great job on time. Carpet fitters left fair bit to clean up. Would use again. Thanks

Best place for choice and helpful advice. We have used this store many times and this time needed a living room carpet. As usual Andrew's expert knowledge and experience helped us choose the right one. Excellent customer care and quality products. Thank you
