I had a pretty poor experience here with a pedicure, it was rushed and mostly focused on nail painting which I could have done myself at home, I think it was £27 or something close and I left genuinely wondering why I had bothered. I also was left for 40 minutes at the end for the paint to dry while the girl doing the treatment sat on her phone, she didn’t check the polish in the end so I just put my shoes on and left.

Most awkward hour of my life, wasn’t spoken to or made to feel comfortable at all. Treatment was done very half hearted and rushed, come away with cuts where the lady was rough doing my pedicure and ended up with painted nails rather than gel nails which I came home and removed anyway as they were all smudged. A maternity luxury pedicure as a birthday gift that was an awful experience. Wouldn’t use or recommend to anyone I’m afraid!

Always treated like an old friend. I have LVL here and it's amazing. They do a great manicure too. I haven't had a lot of treatments but wouldn't hesitate to try something new. I'm a huge fan.

A lovely place for coffee and cake to chat to your friends. Often have pedicures and gel nails.Staff friendly . You can arrange afternoon tea. Go to events that they are running eg book club. Christmas wreath making. A good place to purchase hand made cards and gifts. Worth a visit.

I frequently drop in here. Rachel and the other staff always make me very welcome. It is such a friendly, relaxing place to be. You can just turn up for coffee and cake with friends, or to quietly read a book or one of the shop's magazines.The manicures and pedicures are really exceptionally good, and the seating for the treatments is so comfortable that I often don't want to get up and leave the salon afterwards. They do quite a wide range of other beauty treatments, such as waxing, eyebrow shaping and quick holiday spray tanning. They also cater for family groups, and do small exclusive sessions in the evening for small parties.

Amazing! Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place both for a good manicure and a lovely relaxing experience. Went today with 3 generations of our family and everyone had a lovely time. They manage to combine the social side of a cafe with the pampering of a beauty treatment centre. One of my favourite oases of calm in Liverpool!
