My boyfriend bought me a bracelet as a gift and it came out broken. I went back to Selfridges to exchange it more than 3 weeks ago now, they got all my details included purchase details and they said head office will get in touch.After waiting for 2 weeks without any response I started chasing the head office and the response was “sales department shouldn’t accept it!”Then no response for another week, I have been trying to call and send many emails and finally somebody replied saying that she was on holiday!3 weeks after I still have no clear answer for when I will get a new one back and very very slow response!There are multiple boutique brands with excellent customer support, this is not the servise I was expecting from “high end jewellery brand”I am very disappointed

I have ordered a 700 gbp neckless that came badly assembled, I had to send it back (me calling DHL to chase the collection as failed to collect the item the day before, the store did not do any chase despite me informing them about the issues with DHL). They offered me to make a new one and so far I have no news. I constantly had to call to get updates from their store (depends who picks up the line I may get some respond or not). It is going to be nearly 2 weeks and nothing has been done so far. There is no telephone number for head office and staff are not helpful, rather passive and blaming other colleagues. Zero customer service! A gift that was supposed to be from my husband it is ruined. It may be a nice store but their service is inexistent. How can you expect to sell high quality products" with no high level of customer service? I will make to write my comments to the other stores that sell their jewelry such as Selfridges."

A lovely experience with Alkemistry! Went above and beyond to get some pieces that I was after all together to one store so I could try them on in one place! Was just nice to feel looked after especially for my first big jewellery purchase!

The piercing experience was good and the piercer was kind and thoughtful but there was no follow through for the aftercare and I was given incorrect information as was told to push the piercing forward to clean which agitates it.I was also not contacted for a check up on healing or for a resizing which resulted in delayed healing and was initially given a very vague statement about needing a resizing in the future with no specific guidelines.After finally popping into the store to get the resizing, I was told that the piercer is on holiday and there is no one else to do it and it's best to book in case she is busy when she is back. Most reputable piercing salons accept walk-ins and have someone on hand in case of complications with healing and so I am now left with the decided impression that this is just an overpriced jewellery store (the mark-up on the piercing pieces compared to the seller is sizeable). I would not get my ears pierced there again nor indeed shop there.

A beautiful store with a soothing atmosphere and helpful staff. My favourite go-to spot for gift shopping in the heart of Covent Garden.

I went your concession in selfridges to have a look at their redline pieces. I was upset that they didnt have a lot left but the lovely young muslim girl tiana was so warm that i had a look at other pieces. And will be back on friday to purchase a bracelet. She really went out of her way to give me the best customer service.

I have been a long time fan of The Alkemistry - I absolutely love the jewellery and the shop is just gorgeous on Floral Street with something new every time I go in (which is often)! I have had 3 new piercings here over the last 2 years and had a great experience, with beautiful piercing jewellery. Recently I brought my 9-year old for her first piercing and the experience was just wonderful, the piercer made a real effort to make her comfortable and the after care was incredible, the piercing never got infected and she loves her rose gold studs. I would say The Alkemistry is the best place in London for a child's (and adults) piercing. Highly recommend.

It was a really nice piercing experience and they gave me a piercing after care kit. Everyone there was really nice and be friendly and there were no problems.
