We had Tom come to our home to fix our boiler which was repeatedly losing pressure. Tom identified the issue quickly and efficiently and within an hour or so we had a perfectly working system once more - we were delighted with the service and indeed the price as to be honest we were fearing that we’d need to spend thousands on a new boiler. Tom is hugely knowledgeable and I’d thoroughly recommend him.

Great work by Tom at TEX P&H.Boiler had stopped working so rang him for a callout after reading many positive reviews to discover the old boiler was knackered and of no use to anyone anymore.Install of a new boiler, flu pipe and a power flush was done later down the line at a fair cost with plenty of communication to myself about the ins and outs of the process.Would recommend Tom to anyone with his good conduct and knowledge.5/5.

Tom has been my plumber for a good few years now as he is always responsive and professional. He achieved first-fix on our new cloakroom with the maximum of speed and the minimum of disruption. Second-fix saw everything fitted, completed, and tested leaving us with a newly positioned washbasin and concealed wall-mounted toilet. He even managed to fit a new kitchen tap while he was here!

I highly recommend Tom, we found him based online and based on these good Google reviews hired him to switch our conventional boiler to a new combi and also some other additional work. Tom was incredibly tidy, prompt, and polite throughout the entire process. He quickly responded to our queries and provided a quick and comprehensive quote. We were impressed when he went the extra mile, filling the old flue pipe hole with bricks and insulation, without being asked, resulting in a neat finish, in the past I have had trades leave a hole in the wall.The improvements brought by the combi have left us extremely satisfied.
