Lovely place and atmosphere! The drinks were lovely and we had garlic bread to start which was amazing! However I think both myself and my partner chose the wrong dishes for us as they were not to our liking but cooked well. The staff were friendly however at the end we had to get up and pay for the bill at the bar, almost as if the staff had all gone home and there was no one serving us. Bit overpriced too.

We went their for the first time on Saturday after it being recommended.Service was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble. The meals were cooked to perfection, and it had a lovely atmosphere.Would recommended and will definitely be going again soon.

Family anniversary meal. Firstly the pub is a very nice place and the atmosphere was lovely. Unfortunately the experience wasn’t great for a number of reasons.1. The gentlemen taking the food order got 2 meals wrong which then incurred a wait for 2 of our party whilst the correct meals were prepared.2. We had to change one of the drinks as it had gone off. (Pipes not cleaned)3. The main meals presented looked very nice however the pie was vey salty. Condiments on the menus were not brought with dishes as advertised and we had to ask.All in all a very nice place but unfortunately due to our experience we won’t be returning and would not recommend.

I like the atmosphere in the beehive. It's fairly cosy, the decor is nice and the team are really friendly.I've been here twice, the first time there was a bit of a wait for the food (challenging with a 2 & 4yo in tow) & my other half got the wrong chicken burger. My burger was really good. It was very busy at the time so we thought we'd give it another go....and I'm glad we did.Second time round, the food was great, I had the tomahawk pork chop with huge chunky chips which was really tasty and there was plenty of it...I'd say the portion size was probably a little on the large side, but I'm not complaining.The service was good, the team were friendly& the food came out in a timely fashion.Overall a really nice place serving good pub food at a reasonable price. Worth a visit.

we arrived 12:50pm on Friday, planty of empty tables. the free hi fi was not working. the menu was comprehensive and including mussels and thai current dishes., meals were in generous portion and were delicious.after meal, the cake and coffee £6.75 should be consider.

Spotted a post about The Beehive's specials on Facebook and had to come and try out the food. Really glad we did, everything was absolutely delicious and perfect for a hot day in May. The staff were really welcoming and friendly, and The Beehive itself was well kept and comfortable.Definitely stopping here again as there were loads of menu items we need to try!

LARGE FAMILY PARTY [25] ALL AGES, Venue moved our party from our original seating booking at the last meeting, however the place was clean the menu was comprehensive, Food arrived at different times for our group so we could not all start together, would have been nice if a staff member had come over and asked to fill a drinks order, the food was excellent, lots of it and hot the staff were very busy and looked stressed, but smiley and helpful,.. We did not pre book a dessert, and no staff asked us if we wanted a pud, so most of us left without one,... overall good we would have our family party here again,
