I cannot tell you how impressed with the service. Firstly this company had the best prices I could find on the internet. I then selected the delivery day, absolutely all of the order arrived, nothing damaged. The delivery guy put all the order where I asked. The cladding, flooring and ceiling look amazing. I had some panels left over - They even came and collected the excess and gave me a refund. I would definitely recommend. 5 star company in my opinion.

Really impressed with the service provided by this company in all departments especially Lauren who called to let us know that an item was out of stock to say we were annoyed was an understatement. I bought ceiling and wall cladding from BCD. What a great company to deal with. From start to finish, they were quick to respond to my questions. When the cladding arrived, one box was damaged. They sent a replacement 2 days later. I cannot fault their customer service and the panels are excellent. Highly recommended.
