Fantastic service. Very happy with the results and highly recommended.

Damage worth £200 incurred to our bathroom taps. A corrosive substance was used which as irreparably blackened the chrome. At first they apologised and agreed to pay the money. But the money never arrived and they stopped responding to my messages. Avoid this company at all costs.

The cleaning wasn’t done properly. The kitchen floor was not touched at all. Some of the switches were untouched and when I requested the cleaner to look at it again, he first shouted in a different language and then told me that this is the best I am going to get for £160 service. To this I said that I requested professional end of tenancy cleaning and I paid whatever rate I was told I should pay. So if £160 is not enough then the cleaner should raise this with the company. The drawing room floor was left dirty and grubby. cleaners turned 35 minute late however they did call me to inform about that. Their reception staff is very poor but cleaning staff is very rude.Overall I am not superbly happy and will not be recommending this company to anyone else.

Fully cleaning service has not been answering my emails or taking my calls since we booked. I’ve tried to be in contact constantly for over 2 weeks. They’ve never been in touch to cancel or change times or ask what I’ve been phoning or emailing about. I’m waiting at my property right now and they’re not here. I feel let down and disappointed.
