Very good and polite staff. Always willing to give you 10%discount where applicable. Good stuff too. Thumbs-up from me.

Discriminatory and shocking customer service. No element of respect at all. Refused to honour the blue light card for 10% NHS discount. Instead offered £5.00 discount for £700.00 bill. No logical reason or explanation given. Someone from the higher position or responsibility needs to review the policy / protocol of offering 10% NHS discount.

Confusing! We had THREE different quotes for same order. Lowest quote being approx £450 then thebkadt quote £805!! We will shop round more next time. Staff were nice, just info was confusing across 3 different quotes in a week, despite a new 20% sale being in place, still doubled the original quote!!

Perfect Service through and through.Before I ended up at Tile Choices I had been to a place called Tile Giants on Kingsbury Rd. I walked out. The service there was, cold, unwelcoming, inconsiderate, high pressure sales and careless of my real needs.Then I drove down to Tile Choice. What a difference! The chap, sorry didn't take his name, was so helpful. He actually listened to what my project needs were, and then guided me to the right stock. No hard sell. In fact he looked at ways to save me money.And, to top it all they carried everything to my car and carefully loaded it.Understanding customers and being humbly helpful with great humility, shows great care, wins custom.A big thank you to all at Tile Choices Bromford Lane.Will not hesitate to shop here again.

Expensive tiles, they say they have discontinued items, because their prices are high! Staff don’t make any effort also to sell you .probably they have their own customers, i found cheaper tile than them with same quality.
