Avoid at all costs, going through fraud case with these clowns charged me 3£ for account then 55£ for nothing then tried taking 110£ didn't even use their services scum bags DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I'll be meeting face to face when I'm back from abroad! Scummmmmmmmm bags scammers make my blood boil.

All info and documents provided, but the moment I was about to access the van, the app suddenly showed that I could not meet the minimum requirements and cancelled my reservation.Contacted the customer service via email, they said I did not pass the identity check, and that they could not see the reason, and gave me the address of their security department, and needed me to send letter ask them for it.Good luck to their business
