Aberdeen Airport Short Stay Car Park | APCOA

This is now my preferred parking location when flying from Aberdeen, yes there are cheaper options, but I am happy to pay for the convenience of being able to walk across the road to my car, instead of a longer trek, or waiting for a bus.Like being able to book / pay online and that there cameras read your number plate on entry / exit making it totally contactless.Was there this week, the first time in about six months and the layout had me baffled a bit, but got there and it appears to be more logical now.

We booked the long stay on Maxwell rd. Google maps took us into airport and had to pay £5 to get out , so beware. Maxwell road to airport is too far to walk with heavy luggage , there is a bus takes you over ,it's not a 2 min walk it's a 2 min bus.

Had to speak to customer services about exit after number plate damage, could not have been more helpful!

It was car park machine payment, i was charge 8 GBP for 1 hour parking. Near to the arrival gate, little bit issue when you bring big luggage's and there was multiple stair.

Absolutley terrible customer service which goes in hand with the monopolisitic rip off culture that surrounds airport parking/drop off fees. Call centre says open 9am-6pm. Rang at 1745 & was closed. Massive delays on phone on hold to speak to someone, then line hangs up. Just terrible. Cant even go to the airport to ask a question in person which would be easier as u cant park there without incurring massive charges. Just lamentable. Would recommend using another airport but I think they know there isnt a decent one within 2 hours of Aberdeen so they dont care. Query was realted to picking up a disabled relative who was on a late flight and last time she flew in nobody was at Customer Service office when she landed. We rang the number suggested in the car park and nobody answered. So we had to pay. Was trying to ensure this wouldnt happen again but looks like it is going to happen again. Just rampant greed.

The very worst customer service. Not rude but they do not give a hoot. I would recommend you park anywhere but here.Paid in full online when booking and even paid the extra to cover if my return flight was delayed.Out and back in the same day.At exit gate asked to pay another £36 having already paid nearly £40 for the day’s parking.When I asked on the intercom if they could rectify I was asked for my confirmation number which unfortunately I did not have with me.I then provided my name, address, email address and car registration. Only to be met with the response “If you don’t have your number you will have to pay!”I then had to reverse against the flow of traffic to re-park and pay another £36.

Shameless cashgrab. Don't belive the website, the actual prices is £40 for the first 24h then £40 for each 24 hour period you enter. So 1 day 3 hours becomes £80 just to park your car.

BOOKED A WEEKS PARKING ALSO ADDED EXTRA TIME ON INCASE OF A DELAY BUT AFTER 20 PLUS HOURS OF A DELAY WE WERE OVERSTAYED THE MOST DREADFULL NIGHT AT AIRPORT AND A FORTY POUNDS EXTRA CHARGE FROM ABERDEEN AIRPORT PARKING NO FEELINGS AT ALL FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS SHAMEFULL

Good easy access but problems with tickets and ridiculously expensive if you end up more than 20 mins. One of staff very helpful, another was unhelpful and curt.

If your return flight gets delayed, they don't extend the stay over the phone ask you to make a new booking on their website which shamelessly tries to charge you £40 for 2 hours. Never using it again.
