I've used BlueFlame Plumbing for installing a new boiler. They were very professional and kept me updated with all the work. Great guys who were exceptional tidy and great quality of work. They also found a major gas leak which I wasn't aware of.I would recommend Ben for all plumbing and heating work.

Ben is a really talented plumber! Blueflame recently fitted two full bathrooms and did an immaculate job. From start to finish, their approach exceeded our expectations. They were quick to provide a quote, worked hard when they were here and kept the place clean and tidy. Ben, Mike and Miles were a pleasure to have around the house (we miss them already!) and were so considerate to our wants and needs. I absolutely recommend using BlueFlame plumbing for any plumbing needs…and they do Air source heat pumps too!

Ben was very efficient and helpful when completing servicing of a boiler and gas fire and completed several other plumbing jobs well. He also helped to detect and quickly mend a heating pipe leak. He shows good knowledge, is ready to answer questions and works hard and very tidily. Would definitely use again.

I have used BlueFlame on several occasions, for both radiator installation and gas boiler service. Ben is very pleasant to deal with and is competitive with pricing. The engineers turn up on time and always do a neat and tidy job. Definitely recommended

This project was a complete reworking of the bathroom in my late father’s flat, complicated by me being a largely absent client. Ben was creative and responsive, communicating plans and progress clearly and always able to offer an effective workaround when things didn’t quite work out as we’d anticipated. Everything was finished to the highest standards and I was delighted with the end result.

Woke up to a boiler fault and no heat, and Ben was able to come help same-day. He found and fixed the issue promptly and professionally and now our radiators are radiating once more. Recommended, he’s friendly and professional.

BlueFlame Plumbing and Heating
During the recent cold snap, our boiler pipes completely froze over and we had no heating or hot water. Despite having a full schedule, Ben came out to sort the problem for us. When it happened again throughout the night, Ben was back again the next day to fix it. He was professional and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to call Blue Flame again.
