My bike from my cycle to work provider came less than perfectly assembled to say the least.It was with some trepidation that I phoned MB bikes for help as I hadn't purchased the bike from them. However Matt soon put my mind at ease and was familiar with the scenario. He gave me a range of options and prices as to work he could do .I dropped the bike off with Matt later that day and Matt said he would try and push the job through quickly.Telephone call a couple of days later to say bike was ready. Matt did exactly what was required at the agreed price.Couldn't fault the service at all - highly recommended. If you have bike issues I would highly recommend MB bikes to sort them swiftly and at a fair price.Great shop.

Bought a bike from an online retailer and had multiple issues. Had taken it to MB bikes and Matt sorted the bike out within the day, can’t recommend this business enough 10/10, Matt will go out of his way to help you even had my old parts sent off and got them returned under warranty! Went to this shop to look for my first mountain bike I’ve owned since a teenager.I was clueless and needed help and the guy at MB was super friendly and super helpful. Came about a month ago and bought the bike, been very happy with it. Popped in today to get my bike serviced and a few bits added and the bloke there was amazing again. Can’t fault these guys!!

Fantastic experience with MBbikes. I walked into this shop 3 months ago knowing I wanted a bike to commute with and I had my eye on 2 models. I had little intention to buy at the time.Matt took time to consider my options and then advise on the best model for my requirements. There was no hard selling/pressure, just honest facts. He was able to give me accurate stock and delivery times aswell as technical spec info.I was comfortable and happy thinking that I had made the right decision so I impulse purchased.The bike arrived in perfect condition and after 6/7 weeks of regular commuting I took it back for the 6 week bolt check today. Any small issues I had were dealt with straight away by the mechanic, Nick. The whole experience of buying and now regularly using the bike has been exactly what I wanted, the advice/customer service received from MB has been integral to that.I would not hesitate to buy a bike from here again, you certainly feel like you are liked after by this business.

I recently purchased a bike from here and to say I'm pleased really is a understatement.....From choosing to picking up my bike matt really makes you feel comfortable and safe in the knowledge that it isn't about mbbikes selling the most expensive in stock its 1000% about selling you a bike that is suitable.And I loved that because independent shops are a rare things these days and when they are as good as this shop it's even rarer....If your ever going to buy a bike you must check out this shop 1st , This will be my go to shop for anything bikewise !!ABSOLUTELY 6*

I decided to ask Matt for his guidance on a new e-bike for my club rides, got electronically measured up and we selected a Trek Domane + AL5, Matt sourced one for me, arrived within a week and Matt made sure it was the correct fit. I have to say my experience has been first class from start to finish, a great bike shop and super friendly and supportive. Highly recommended.
