I used to order loads from here food always nice and then food was missing and it took 2 hours once.. I decided to phone again and took way over an hour again phoned shop n they said getting ready to go out no and then we had a knock on the door so they also lied

We order via the web site at 6pm. 6.30pm we rang as hadn't had a confirmation email. They said they hadn't got the order and try again. I said I'd just place the order again while on the phone. The girl said it will be 40/45 mins. At 7.40pm we still hadn't received the order so rang to be told it was on its way. 8.05pm we called again to be told it would be 5mins. The order arrived shortly after. However it was wrong. No chips where included with the meals and the dip was missing. Rang again to be told they would send it out with the next order. 8.45pm we got the chips. It's now 9.15pm and still haven't got the dip we have paid for. Over 3 hours ago we ordered. Food is wasted as by time chips arrived to go with the parmo it was cold and the kids where in bed.

I orders a chicken shwarma and a tray of chips they said 45 mins-1 he and it came 1hr 40 mins and came freezing cold.

Paid £1.80 for literally a bread bun... Asked for a chip butty splash and got less than a hand full of chips in a dry ass sesame seed bun. I even had to tell them how much it cost as he tried to charge me £2.40.. Never going there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Ordered for the first time - expecting the meal to be ‘OK’ - I was wrong - it was absolutely fantastic. Better than the national brands. Will definitely be using again

Charged £2 for delivery within the 3 mile free delivery area the food arrived cold and completely tasteless , the pizza had a fluffy base but the lack of taste to the topping , the chips were soggy and cheap , the parmo had no bechemel sauce and the burger was so cheap it was almost vegetarian, don't waste your money find somewhere else
