I’ve been an avid collector of Mike Hemming’s artwork for quite some time. His use of colours and different techniques, as well as materials keeps everything interesting.

Michael, apart from being a thoroughly lovely man, is a talented artist who is developing his style all the time. I would be surprised if anyone in the Dorset Art scene doesn't know, or know of, Mike. I have followed Michael for quite a few years now and have amassed a fair sized collection of his work.They say that a picture speaks a thousand words but I can honestly say that Michael's work speaks a thousand more. He is able to capture a moment in time using vivid imagery with a style that evokes a sense of awe and wonder.I have been lucky enough to watch him work at his workshops and am amazed by the work that he produces.Whether you are looking for an abstract piece, seascape or landscape his work is definitely worth viewing.A very talented artist that will be a future great I'm sure.If you get an opportunity to see him or attend one of his tutorials then don't let it pass you by. You won't be disappointed.

Michael's work is excellent. We bought three of his ACEO sized oils of Bournemouth Pier and the surrounding beaches.We love them.

Mike's art is superb. Mike has a great gallery of artwork to choose from and is well worth purchasing as an investment.
