Very sloppy service (over a 4 year period) ;-- Do not return calls or emails!- Do not make appointments on time!- Late boiler inspection, making me vulnerable to possible safety responsibilities!- Refused to fix boiler under, made up rules! Terms & Conditions clearly stated to fix the boiler!- Often changing, telephone numbers & email address, without notice!- Fall out with letting agents!All in all, a company you could do without knowing, good riddance......

Bunch of cowboys, terrible company. Caused major flooding in my house after an incompetent engineer installed a combi boiler and left the cold water tank in place. Caused extensive damage to my landing carpet then denied even lifting the carpet (despite my having proof they did). Damaged paintwork in lounge after engineer pulled the old thermostat from the wall.In reply to your response:1. Any decent gas engineer and plumber knows you do not fit a combi boiler to a cold water tank system.2. That is a lie about the thermostat and repair. The new thermostat was supposed to be a wireless one. The engineer who attended didn't even know what he was there for. He just put a new one on that wasn't wireless. The old one wasn't broken, it just needed relocating. He didn't use a blade to loosen the paint from the edges so ruining my paintwork. You then came round and stuck a light switch plastic surround to it to hide the damage (It wasn't caulked or decorated).3. Landlord didn't sign anything off, we are still battling with them to sort out your mess 4 years later as our house bangs constantly due to dodgy pipework. You have now lost the contract with them because you are incompetent.4. You damaged your own reputation by being a terrible company.5. Doesn't matter how long ago it was, you are still awful and unqualified.6. It took 4 months of my children having no ceiling in winter to get a new ceiling out of you, so don't act like it was a gesture of goodwill. You mess up, you have to sort it.You can do your best at damage limitation, however every engineer that has been in to look at the hideous mess of pipework left is shocked at the incompetency of your work. The many lies which you have told show exactly what sort of company you are. The fact that you have the gusto to repeat them in text on here's actually amusing. I'm beginning to think that you believe yourself. I'm just relieved that we don't have to deal with you any longer. I have photos of all the damage you have done, and proof of your lies.

In response to Mr Allen.Did it really take 4 years for you to decide that we are a 'sloppy company' ? You had to physically phone in each year to renew your cover. During your period of cover we carried out various repairs to your boiler free of charge. It was only when we diagnosed that a major part required replacing that it was no longer economically viable to continue repairing your 30 year old boiler. We offered you £300 off the cost of a new boiler and 10% off the associated fitting cost.Clearly the fact that you didn't want to accept the facts has lead you to leave a slanderous review.Oh and BTW we have never changed any phone numbers or e.mail addresses.

The phone staff are extremely rude and incompetent. They have cowboy engineer who are paid poor so rush through the jobs. Very disappointed and recommend anyone to avoid like the plague
