AVOID. Unfortunately, Vertu Volkswagen in Leeds lost out on a sale on Saturday. The car we viewed was quite nice. The sales person not so nice.We had an appointment to meet Francesca. Not only did it soon appear she’d forgotten how to smile, but clearly forgotten how to be pleasant in any way shape or form. Was condescending, rude, abrupt… clearly wanted to be elsewhere and after about ten minutes so did we! I’ll take my custom elsewhere, where staff are actually trained in customer service! Had to wait long enough for her to locate the said car that we’d put a deposit down three days prior to going. The whole charade and her attitude just put us in a bad mood. Wouldn’t have bought a car from her if it was the last car in the world! And a shame because it was a nice car!

Let stood at the front desk for nearly 10 minutes until asked by a member of the service team if I need any help. I tell him I ready to purchase a new car, and he tells me he’ll see if anyone is free, only to be advised there is no-one available even though there are only three two customers in the building besides myself. Left the building, and looks like I’ll be going to the dealership in York which supplied my last VW.I’ll bet a pound that there’ll be someone along to respond to this review, but I won’t be responding to your request, as you have all the information you need, and the Sales Manager was aware that I was there to place an order, and if he states otherwise, please speak to the young lad who sirs at the first desk in the Service department who made him aware that I was there.

Headed in a few weeks ago looking for a new car. A couple of days before had been elsewhere and it felt as though I was an inconvenience to the sales person. Here was different. Karolina was extremely helpful and personable from speaking on the phone to arriving at store. The car I wanted wasn't in the showroom at the time, but I was able to test drive a very similar model spec. Talked through the best features. The explanation behind the valuation of the part ex all made sense. I ended up buying the car and love it.The experience and customer service was top drawer, and Karolina was a huge part of that.

Recently purchased a Tiguan from Vertu Leeds, and Karolina made the entire car-buying experience a breeze. The car I was after wasn't available yet, but she managed to get the vehicle out for me to have a look and took me for a test drive with an identical one, so I could get a feel for the car. It's evident that Karolina is passionate about her role and is committed to ensuring her clients are more than satisfied with their purchase. I couldn't be happier with my new Tiguan and the exceptional service I received. A big thank you to Karolina for making this experience memorable. Got my first VW Polo through Karolina who was amazing from start to finish! Made everything so easy and smooth and had fantastic customer service throughout, very helpful and knowledgable. Would highly recommend VW Vertu Leeds as was a great experience throughout! Will not be going to any other dealership from now on!

First time having a VW.My ID5 have a problem and had to go to VW in Leeds. I book the day with a courtesy car, over the phone I was told that they only have one electric car so they cannot guarantee as a courtesy car, ok. When I drop the car I was very welcome from Sam a very professional agent and he explain everything to me. And the car they gave me was a VW Polo. In my opinion that at least a brand as VW should have a similar car you should grant when a courtesy car is requested. I've been in other brands and I always get similar or higher. And one day I drop my BMW 320d for service and they gave me a BMW 520MSpprt, and now I have a BMW520 Msport (my private car) so sometimes you make sales with small attitudes.So now next time I need to take the car here I'll get a uber. But I'll try to see where another place to do the service.

I recently bought a car from here, Karolina in particular was fantastic from start to finish, really helpful and friendly.The staff kept me in the loop the whole way through and answered everything I needed swiftly.

The staff are always helpful and efficient. My car is on a lease so I don't have to worry about the cost! One minor issue was they gave me a plug-in hybrid Golf as a courtesy car. It was a very nice car but had 0% charge so I had to use petrol, which is a bit disappointing when I normally drive a fully electric car.

I am very happy with my purchase.I don’t know much about cars, but Daniel made sure I understood the the specs of the car I bought.Was very patient and easy to talk too. He made the whole process very smooth.Thank again everyone
