You’re definitely going to be in safe hands at any benefit brow bar, however Charmaine at benefit brow bar Brent Cross is someone special. Charmaine is the most charming and wonderful person I’ve come across.She was extremely thorough and professional while also making it a comfortable fun experience.Safe to say I left with tears of joy because my eyebrows look stunning.

Elite did my eyebrows wonderfully today. She was so precise and did them perfectly. I hadn’t had my eyebrows done in years and she kept me updated with what she was doing and showing me the progress every step of the way making me feel really comfortable. My experience at Benefit in Boots at the Brent Cross shopping centre branch was beyond amazing. Shanete, made me aware of the right products that I would need in order to achieve the look I was going for.She not only used a variety of products to make me love how they turned out in the end. Such as the brow gel colour 5 and the brow pencil and to top it off the clear gel. She also informed me of how to apply the product. I was also given a boots student card which will now allow to get discounts as I am in college. I ended up buying the brow pencil in the right shade as I was given choices of the two shades I would prefer, which she also helped me pick out the right colour. Overall, my experience was great and Shanete is amazing. I will definitely be back just for her!
