Stag Interiors Southwold

Lots of stylish and unusual stuff and to the lovely young lady who served us Saturday, those cast iron hands we bought; they really are perfect door stops!

Very unimpressed. Loved a Christmas decoration in this store so popped in specifically to buy it as my birthday present. I picked out the one I wanted, he then tried to give me one where the quality was awful and the glitter writing all smudged so I said I only wanted the one on display that was really pretty. Naively I assumed he would pack the pretty one I purposefully went in to buy only to find out that he had infact packed me up a completely low quality version of the one I paid for and I still paid full price.I think this man assumed I am a visitor and what difference does it make, I am infact a home owner in southwold and will be informing my friends there what poor service I experienced. I find it so rude.

Beautiful pieces in the shop

My post is a little late as my first Stag Interiors experience was the day before Christmas Eve. The shop had closed at the end of the day and I'd seen a beautiful lantern in the window. Although the lights were off I'd noticed a lady locking up inside so I knocked on the door to ask if the shop would be open tomorrow. The lady switched the lights back on and welcomed me into the shop saying that she'd be happy for me to look around. I didn't stay as she'd been so kind anyway but I did buy the lantern (which my partner is delighted with) and I will definitely be back to have another look around as I spotted lots of loveliness inside. It's customer service such as this that sets Stag Interiors apart from other shops. I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone I know. If you read this Stag Interiors, please say thank you to the lovely lady who let me in (she had the sweetest little white dog).

On a visit to Southwold in early January we bought a clock which we thought would look good in the kitchen. Two months later we got around to mounting it, however when the battery was put in it failed to work. Now we live about 200 miles away so we did not think that we had much of a chance of replacing it. How wrong we were. Full marks to Stag Interiors who could not have been more helpful and replaced it without fuss or bother.We will be returning the old one on our next visit just so that my Wife has an excuse to go and buy something else from this excellent shop

Lovely shop in Southwold High Street.Stock is varied and very decorative. Very impressed with the range of online stock. Everything is very affordable, and the online ordering service is really exceptional.Iain Huggins
