Very friendly and helpful staff. I always go there for things I need and if something isn't available there and then , they'll just order it without any fuss and that's it. I'll get it in a day or two.

Ordered and delivered loft insulation and timber from the south woodham branch of Travis Perkins. Dealt with Tom who took the order and received a thoroughly polite, professional and conscientious service throughout, from taking the order over the phone, calling me back when he said he would, to the delivery where the driver (Gordon) couldn't be more helpful with unloading. Highly recommended

Tom the sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery arrived on time and the delivery driver Gordon was friendly and delivered the goods in a careful and efficient way.I was very impressed with the product and would definitely recommend the Wickford depot.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were ignored for what seemed an age and everyone we interacted with could not be bothered in the slightest.I have been in retail for forty years and have never come across anything like it.We left and immediately travelled to Maldon and tried PGR the contrast could not be clearer. Excellent service, polite knowledgeable staff, needless to say we placed our order (several hundred pounds)and will continue to use them in the future.The best advice I can give would be go to PGR and see how it should be done.
