I rang up enquiring about a commercial property in Brighton. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Will Thomas. He made it very clear that me contacting him was an inconvenience, overall rude and condescending. The listing on Rightmove To Rent" on the commercial page - was apparently incorrect and this is Rightmove's fault - nothing to do with him (even though agents are responsible for listing their own portfolio and ensuring the content is accurate). Would not recommend under any circumstances. REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE - "We understand that you were enquiring about wanting to offer a franchising opportunity". I can only assume that this had been added for the benefit of Google Reviews

We used Fludes to contest a large rent increase demand from our Landlord for the next 5 year term and they managed to reduce this down substantially from the original request. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
