Popped in to pick up meds for my dog. Receptionist was very helpful re a query I had about date meds commenced. She was true to her word and called me a couple of hours later with relevant info.

Receptionist staff are fantastic! An absolute credit to the company, always a very friendly and cheery voice at the end of the phone and in person. Vet staff are also incredible! Wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else.

Sure I've made feelings clear before. Dogs and cat cope admirably and they are always seen and dealt with sensibly, even if ones a plonker on occasion. Said plonker waiting patiently to be seen just cause I could.

Staff were fantastic couldn't be anymore helpful I needed help with puppy info and they took the time to talk to me and find out about her. Then when I got to the till I was asked did I have the pets at home app ? Which I didn't the cashier let me download the app and I got discounts for first time and because she was a puppy. 1st class service thank you Bishopbriggs ❤

I was made feel very welcome, everything was explained and I feel that Imogen shows care in my dog as if she were her own, I also am a very nervous dog mum and are not good with injections and she made sure I was comfortable also

My dog was consistently vomitting. I called up and offered to be seen straight away with no questions. I was greeted with the receptionist who was very friendly and put me at ease and showed such an interest in my dog. The nurse was very friendly and helpful. Kept me up to date with everything that was happening to my dog and very helpful with explaining things in a way I could understand. I was so happy with the service

Sadly, my partner and I had the difficult decision to put our dog to sleep due to a tumour spreading rapidly. On the day, I found the vet Laura to be very insensitive and lacking in compassion. While explaining the end of the procedure, she turned to me to tell me the bill was organised at the desk while we were trying to come to terms with our loss and both in a daze with having to say goodbye to our beloved dog .She also had the cheek to charge us for a trimming of our dog's hair!! A month ago she also refused to take a sample of blood from him accusing him of being aggresive and even insisted on high level sedation before putting him to sleep as he has always been difficult for her apparently. This was our family dog quite literally at death's door but yet Laura still continued to show an immense lack of compassion towards him even in his last minutes. I absolutely appreciate Vets4Pets is a business and we have been customers here for a decade and admittedly received high standards of care from Chris, Jamie, Emily and others. It just makes it all the more upsetting when this standard is not shown throughout and as a result will be requesting to the practice manager that Laura does not deal with our other dog.

Took my Shih Tzu in today, Saturday 4th February at 245pm, he was seen by the vet, a young blonde girl, normally Jacky is terrified of vets and will try everything to get off the table but today she had him calm and he allowed her to check the lumps on his head, which luckily turned out to be nothing to worry about, but I was very impressed with how she calmed Jacky down and would like to thank the practice for a great job done.
