For those of us who live too far away to browse in their lovely Oxford store I would really recommend the Olivia May on line service. There is so much choice and variety of styles and your precious purchase gets to you in less than 2 days beautifully wrapped and tracked. If you need to return you can and that is a very straight forward process (staff are extremely helpful) but I am sure like me, you'll be delighted with what you choose. I have just brought a summer frock and am so thrilled with it. Love an independent, creative buisness like this where you can find brands that you would never be able to find on the High Street.

I’ve been buying from Olivia May for years, and my dresses from the shop are my favourite wardrobe items, but my most recent visit was dreadful. Apparently the shop has been having problems with shop-lifting. This does not excuse their new policy of treating every customer as a potential thief. Considering the amount I have spent there over the past decade, I would expect a more welcoming shopping experience - that’s part of what you’re paying for, after all. I couldn’t leave quickly enough.

Ordered some beautiful Lofina sandals for my hols. Tried on the right sandal, perfect fit, when to try on the second sandal, it was a completely different style? As these were expensive, this is a huge shock and disappointment. I have tried to phone the shop in Oxford, no reply so far. Awaiting hopefully to resolve this mistake.Checked on Olivia May website, and the sandal is no longer available. This is a concern, as someone else must have odd sandals????
