Incredible customer service from Mark Rusher, Branch Manager. I needed special bricks, shaped for windowsills, not that many. Mark chased down something suitable, stayed in touch with me and I’ve now got windowsill bricks in same shape as the old part of the house. People in the yard were really helpful when I collected too.

2 deliveries in a row cancelled, waste of time, order from somewhere else.

DON’T USE TRAVIS PERKINS. THEY ARE TURNING INTO SCAMMERS NOW.Me and my family have been using travis perkins for a very time and never had an issue. However this time i asked for some goods and was given wrong products. So naturally i went the next day to get a refund. It was processed and i noticed that they have cut 10% as restocking charge.That’s absurd, why should i pay for your staffs mistake. Upon calling them they said they couldn’t do anything. So i emailed the HQ. It’s been more than 2 weeks and still going back and forth for a stupid that charge that they shouldn’t be charging for their staffs mistake.Now they say i should i have came the same day( i went the next morning) for refund. I mean why is there a deadline for me to come same day? Not everyone is free to come and exchange. I would rather go to the nearby merchant close to project area to buy the product as it would waste my whole day going back and forth for some wood.I have never had any issue with any builders merchant as it’s a straight forward procedure.I hope they resolve this issue as it would hurt their image for builders or developers to use them if they deal like this.
