I've been competing today in Liverpool and without your help I'd never of made it. Our sessions have helped me massively as 3 month ago I couldn't walk due to sciatica and back pain, today I managed a 10rm back Squat pain free, and a lot of other hinge movements in the workouts!Just wanted to say thank you! Definitely recommend to anyone suffering with niggles/injuries.

Really professional and feel comfortable when in session. Which ever area he works on will feel a lot better afterwards, you will be dead relaxed throughout and feel calm and light at the end. Reasonable price.

If you like paying to be in pain, you'll love this place! But seriously, I have recurring problems with my back and a trip to see Ryan is all I need to get rid of them. It's a shame you can't get this stuff on the NHS but his prices are very reasonable and he's a complete professional. 100% would recommend.
