I am delighted to highly recommend Mark Philip and his company Pristine. They painted our cottage in Crawleyside, Weardale, while we were away and we could not ask for a better job. The work was beautiful and we greatly appreciated Mark's advice on colours, as well as his thoughtful communication with us, including videos, throughout the process. He also expertly repaired wall and ceiling damage caused by others, finished in good time and left the place clean and tidy. As well, he responded rapidly when an unexpected water leak damaged the living room ceiling only a few weeks later, and he left it looking if anything even better than before. Mark is a lovely guy, an expert tradesman, and a pleasure to work with; we would not think of calling anyone else next time we want any decorating done!

Mark is extremely professional and we would thoroughly recommend Pristine. From an initial prompt response to my inquiry, excellent communication throughout and excellent standards his work is of the highest quality.

Mark and Leighton were a pleasure. Both really friendly, turned up on time and always put in a full days work. Great job removing wallpaper and painting our hallway. We are really pleased with the finish and would definitely recommend!

Let me down by failing to organise a visit for an estimate after saying that he would. He didn't tell me and when I phoned to check what happened he then decided he didn't want the job. He subsequently rang me, apologised and is now proceeding to get me an estimate. He seems to be a very genuine person indeed.

Mark and his team were absolutely brilliant. The neatest, most professional finish we've ever had on a job. Seriously, these lads absolutely guarantee top quality on everything they do: water damage (wouldn't know it afterwards), quality interiors, no mess as they work (that's a big thing which annoys people sometimes - no problem there). Cannot recommend them highly enough. Plus, everyone I recommend them to uses them and they're always delighted. Can't beat word of mouth praise.

Mark has recently redecorated my flat to the highest of standards. The work involved removing wallpaper, repairing some very bad ceiling cracks & some plastering to walls before hanging and painting new wallpaper. From Mark's original visit to the end of the job he kept me informed of the schedule of works with timescales. The job took 4 weeks to complete & Mark was spot on time every day, worked tirelessly and he left everything as tidy as possible before he left. All the work was done to perfection and my flat now looks like new. I would thoroughly recommend Mark and would hesitate to use his services again.
