Honesty at Parkway
Visited here this afternoon with my partner to have lunch.Not a member of staff to be seen.We stood at the counter waiting to be served and looking around to see if we should take a seat or wondering if we were to order at the counter?We were completely ignored.Then another member of the public walked in, picked up a drink from the chiller cabinet and pushed straight in front of us, all of a sudden a tall chap appeared out of nowhere to serve him leaving us still stood there like lemons.We turned around and left- no one asked us if they could help - nothing.Poor customer service.Can’t comment of the food or drink.Plus the place was empty- could of understand if they were rushed off their feet!

Honesty at Parkway
I loved the food. They had so many vegan lunch options. I got the avocado toast which was great. The vegan chocolate milkshake was sublime. The atmosphere was lovely and the tables were clean. My sister had the orange sizzle and loved it.

Nice cafe with good cakes and light bites. Coffee is very good too.They were very understaffed today but were kept going as best they could.

Left standing at the counter with not so much as a hello or good afternoon! Hoping to have lunch but decided to go elsewhere, where the customer is not invisible and the staff are on the ball. As it happens we went to Bills which was excellent and just around the corner 10 out of 10 for them but would avoid honesty at Parkway like the plague......

Honesty at Parkway
Overall we had a good experience at the Honesty Cafe with polite staff and pretty quick service. However, for my tuna mayo sandwich it only came in white bread (or, at least I wasn't given any option at the till) and the bread was slightly stale. Shame as the bread itself was good (and clearly not shop bought). The coffee was very nice though and a great flavour.

Very clean with lots of seating available upstairs and downstairs, very nice toilets as well. Amazing food, friendly staff. Wish I lived closer so I could come here more.

Honesty at Parkway
So glad I discovered Honesty - this cafe is the perfect spot to relax. The upstairs section has a much quieter vibe (pictured) so if you need to focus on work, this is your place. The team at Honesty Parkway are super friendly and make an excellent coffee. Oh and it’s better value for money than other chains @ £3 for a flat white with oat.10/10, keep up the great work guys!

Nice cosy cafe with dog friendly facilities. My husky likes the dog ice cream they serve here, while you find their coffee reasonably priced and a great start to my morning

Honesty at Parkway
A lovely relaxed cafe in the centre of Newbury. The food doesn't have the same massed produced feel to it that many larger chains do.I particularly love their brown sauce, its not your normal HP variety and makes a lovely change. So I would highly recommend things like their bacon or sausage baps which are already delicious to go with the sauce.The coffee is well made and tastes good having had a variety over recent visits and the cakes are delicious too regardless of which I've had.
