Cox Landscapes currently work on several Build projects for EJ Taylors. We can only say that they are a very professional Company with highly skilled staff. They work to a very high standard within the industry along with there high standards of Health and safety. The woodlands Park development is a example of how all building projects should be run and many house builders should look at this site to see how a site should be set up and run.

Here at Crammonds Designs Limited we have been working with E.J Taylor over 17 years supplying and fitting fireplaces for them. They always use the best quality products and always install our finest Portuguese limestone fire surrounds. They are reliable and punctual and are a fabulous company to work with and we will continue to work along side them for many more years hopefully.

I'm only giving them 1 star as it isn't possible to not rate them and give a review. Where do I start, I'm still waiting for them to come back and finish the work they started. I had to have the ceiling replaced in my living room after a leak from upstairs, ceiling taken down lovely then the trouble started. They bodged up plastering the new ceiling, and after I complainedthey sent someone round to patch over the area instead of skimming it over again. So started the emails backwards and forwards finally they agreed to skim over the ceiling again. Finally the decorator came round to start the painting, what an absolutely nice guy but very slow. But being nice doesn't mean he was any good as after he bad finished painting we could still see water marks and streaks through the paint. They finally sent round another painter who said the famous last words I've never had a complaint, he put some much paint on the walls we can see which way he was pushing his roller. The paint was bubbling when he was here minutes after he rolled it on the walls, I think it was either because he was rushing or because he mixed 2 different types of paint. But either way it's still bubbling, I'm happy to say it's now not getting any worse just not getting any better. I would attach photos if I could just to prove my point. I haven't heard back from them since May when the painter allegedly phoned his office saying that the paint had blown and someone would be back in 2 weeks time to check it out. I've tried emailing them but no answer, I still have their folder as I haven't signed the job off. I know it's a long review but please read all the reviews I now wished I had, had my repair works completed privately as now going to cost me more money getting another decorator round to strip off all the emulsion and to repaint.

I am writting this review as a very disappointed customer of the company. EJ Taylor & Sons recently undertook some repair work to our fridge / freezer doors on behalf of Bovis Homes. This has been a disaster from day one and there has been a number of itemas damaged in our home as a result of their incompetence and lack of respect for personal belongings. On the first instance the technician" dropped the fridge door on my kitchen trolley and denied the damage. This was only admitted after my husband showed the cctv footage of the door being dropped and questioning the honesty of the employee. Round two came along and they send back two other employees to "rectify" the situation. Unfortunately they damaged our property even further leaving unsightly holes in the fridge/freezer panels

The whole process of having our offices repaired has been flawless and Mark has been hardworking and professional throughout. Everything has been left spotless and clean, with the minimal amount of disruption.

Had your company try to repair my badly fitted roof . You started around 14/8/19 scaffolding came down in December , tiles started falling off in January amongst other issues . lasted well ?? All work done via NHBC Still no work been done here. I know COVID 19 has a part to play in this , but the lockdown started in March , 2 months after you were informed of the issues We are 3 months away from it being a year Since the work was started. Is it possible for you to send a reputable roofing company here to finish the job and correct all the mistakes and corner cutting??? I would be grateful if when you find a roofer capable of doing the job properly you inform me of there website, reviews, qualifications and any other information about them I may need to convince me they are any better than the last bunch of Bodges you sent

E J Taylor are our main provider of building services at Milbank and have undertook many different projects over the last 5 years from small wall repairs to large foundation work for our 30 ton gantry cranes and extensions for our offices and factories. They are a very professional and reliable outfit and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

As a supplier to EJ Taylor for over 20 years, I have seen many of their jobs throughout the various stages of construction through to completion and am proud to be a supplier to this company. They have won awards for the quality of their works and do not shy away from purchasing quality products from ourselves where there are always options to buy cheaper products in this industry. The comments I have read are aimed at employees of the company which can be very difficult to manage for a business of their size. In circumstances such as these, I am pretty sure EJ Taylor, given this information would investigate and deal with these individuals as their reputation is important. Arrogant, unprofessional, rude, poor workmanship are words to best describe this company. Had numerous problems with them, Friday would appear to be skive off day for the labourers and all meet at our premises to discuss the upcoming weekend whilst swearing loudly (only stopping when asked). Work not up to even a half decent standard, site manager only appeared once a week for a few minutes. When trying to complain or even trying to get contact details of who to complain to the staff member contacted was rude and abrupt. Asked to speak to one of the Taylor family directly to resolve issues and just received no response at all. Customer service is almost non existent.

I have worked with E J Taylor’s & Sons for over 10 years. I work for one of Britain’s top House Builders and would highly recommend all aspects of the business. I have worked with Small Works, Groundwork’s and their Customer Care Maintenance teams. They’ve have carried out large scale roofing projects to small landscaping and internal maintenance works for me. Their workmanship over all these areas is excellent whilst delivering exceptional Customer Service throughout. Their staff are always hardworking and courteous and health and safetly for their workers, clients and the general public is always at the forefront of their mind.
