I really enjoy being trained by Fredrik. His low impact approach means I can do more with less pain and his enthusiasm is infectious. Would highly recommend a trial session with him.

It had been a while since I had last worked out and I was weary having been told that it a new method, with the use of rubber bands!However the moment I walked into my session with Fredrik my mind was put at ease, he is clearly very knowledgeable and his attitude is professional and calming.Since then, I have continued training on this method and my core is much stronger and I feel healthier in myself.I would recommend Fredrik to anyone.

I really enjoyed my session with Fredrik. The exercises were simple to follow and intense but not painful. The next day I realised how powerful they were as I discovered I had used muscles long forgotten and in need of being woken up. Fredrik is very attentive and encouraging. He makes the experience fun but very focused.I have decided to train with him starting this week.Thank you for waking up my muscles Fredrik!

I had a recent training session with Fredrik and was very impressed with him, I found him to be very knowledgeable, patient and well informed about the health and fitness sector. Unlike, other fitness professionals, he took time to find out what my goals were and what my lifestyle was like, in turn he was able to give me suggestions of how to incorporate 'low impact' training into my busy, working life. Fredrik has always had a keen interest in sports and fitness, so he understands the importance of safe exercise and exercise that will give you positive results. Two days after my training session with Fredrik my abs were in agony, but as they say no pain, no gain! I hope to be able to continue training with Fredrik in the future and I would highly recommend him for his honestly, commitment and refreshingly positive approach. Michelle/Grosle & Myles

As a reluctant 51 year old I was nervous of taking up fitness training. Fredrik explained the low impact approach of the Jensen Method..I booked my first session and found Fredrik's attitude to be a perfect match to my concerns. I have to say that I felt the benefits almost immediately and have booked a series of sessions, sometimes we go to the park and sometimes at the office..If you are thinking of improving your fitness and giving yourself a better chance of a good life balance try Fredrik

Fredrik has transformed my approach to excercise, and taught me how to really maximise the efficiency of my workout. I believe my time spent with Fredrik has been invaluable, and i've come to rely on his early morning sessions as part of my weekly routine. Real improvement to my core, overall strength and energy levels. Highly recommended.

Fred is amazing! As a beginner I was nervous before my first lesson. Fred immediately calmed my nerves with himself being calm and so professional. I was impressed with his patience as an instructor, me not being the quickest learner. But he led the way in the most professional way and I cannot recommend him any stronger!
