Sent them my 20 year old TAG which stopped being an automatic and had a few knocks in its time. I received back the watch I remembered from new. It now keeps perfect time and the knocks are barely noticeable. First class.

Sent my struggling Panerai Ferrari to PTS for a service recently. I recently purchased a watch on the secondary market that came with an in house certificate of authenticity". I always like to get a second opinion on these things and so I took it to Prestige Time Services for an assessment. It turns out the watch has some none original parts and had been damaged in the past. Thanks to Prestige Time Services I was able to send the watch back along with their report / photos and get a full refund. Highly professional

After dropping my Tudor in airport security on the way home from a Holiday I had to search for a reputable company to replace the damaged bezel, I found Prestige due to their reviews on Google and various watch forums, travelled over from Leeds while in Cheshire working, dropped the watch off with Paul and left with a promise of having a quote the next day. True enough I had a quote and a agreed to go ahead and have the repair done along with full case refurbishment.Less than three weeks later I received an invoice and phone call stating the watch was completed, the very next day my watch was delivered to my chosen address in perfect condition.I would not hesitate to recommend this company, I will certainly use Paul for any service work in future.

Rolex Datejust Model 16013 normally on a jubilee bracelet. The watch was purchased new in 1988. Paul at Prestige Time Services (PTS) gave the watch a full service, including a new mainspring, replaced some worn parts, new plexi glass and a case refurbishment. Excellent experience, I would highly recommend the company.We sent my husbands 20yr old Tag Heuer watch off for service and refurb as we are giving it to our son for his birthday. Paul and the team were brilliant, we received the watch in plenty of time, Natalie had put it in a little TH presentation box for us and the watch looks as if it is brand new, can't thank them enough for a personal and professional service.
