The owner of the store is extremely rude and ignorant. I'm surprised it is still open! Not only do they give terrible travel advice but they are also extremely unhelpful. I would leave no stars if I could!

I was in Birmingham looking for a trip to Amsterdam and from Amsterdam to Doha.Great service. The tickets where cheaper then on-line websites and I had the option to choose between different departing time.
