Heat 2000

Absolutely appalling company. They carried out an annual gas check on our property on behalf of West Lancs Council and the first engineer forgot to turn the boiler back on afterwards which meant us having to call a second engineer out to urgently rectify this. Two weeks later the Council sent a second company out to audit the work carried out by Heat 2000 and the engineer had to condemn the boiler after finding a gas leak from the boiler which Heat 2000 had missed! When the Council arranged for Heat 2000 to urgently replace the boiler they failed to turn up on the appointed day and when we rang to find out what was happening the woman on the phone was offensive and condescending. She said that they had two fitters off sick with food poisoning and they would try to fit us in" next week "if they could". At this point we have had no heating or hot water for 4 days with no sign of ever having the new boiler fitted. DO NOT use this company - they are unsafe and not fit to be in business. Rebecca on phone line completely unhelpful and rude. Workman turned up without socks and sliders on.

Always find the staff friendly and courteous on the phone, the engineers are always friendly and conscientious also helpful

The engineers are always very thorough and work clean and efficiently.

Every time my boiler gets tested it always breakdown they do it on purpose

Cause they came on time and did job quickly and were very courteous

Chris the Engineer fitted new boiler for us. He was marvellous, very professional, friendly and efficient. 10/10

Sadly not the best service.Left a disabled, critically ill tenant without heating or hot water for a week. The part needed for the boiler should have only taken 24 hours, promised call backs that didn't happen for 4 days too.Edited to reduce stars from 3 to 1 as engineer was due to today to measure to install a 2nd radiator in a damp bedroom.Heat 2000 claim firstly that they rang me back on Friday which they didn't, and now they can't find the job so have left me to chase up whilst I'm I'll with pneumonia!When asked how the job was booked in without the job order they can't answer that, instead I hear someone in the background saying tell her we can't help her"Why ask me who authorised it if they can't be bothered chasing it????Absolute joke of a company!"

Supposed to come fix radiator today but no show and no calls waited in all day and when i called at 4.30 they said they would deffo be out
