Unfortunately, the Hinckley branch of Countrywide Grounds Maintenance seems most likely to be a scam. Worked there and I am still owed money, had phone number blocked by K, the owner and A, the supervisor.Rather ironic on their part, every day I worked there whatever site we were visiting provided the exact same response on arrival...anger and irritation. It seems they had been going round to these schools and businesses, providing quotes and drawing up contracts only to not be turning up for the visits each month yet still collecting the payments, leaving the workers turning up to be lambasted unfairly.No formal disciplinary process, found out I no longer had a job as the supervisor was caught out sending, defamatory texts about myself, only to not realise the recipient was a former work colleague of mine who informed me.Once caught out I contacted both supervisor and owner but have continuously been ignored via calls and messages.Stay well away, if you are a business looking for work to be undertaken, they will sign you up and not turn up.

Don't know what to say they don't keep to they word by ringing you back an leave u high an dry don't knowing if you got the job or not that's doesn't show respect to you . They aren't for me an they always looking for staff an team leaders the question is why an how comes they can't keep staff they got already ! You might have better luck with them anther I have they aren't for me two years ago still not now .
