Staff are polite and welcoming . GP Dr. Nour was very helpful , a very prompt blood service receiving my results the next day with review appointment included with my 1st consultation. Glad I came here, definitely recommending !!

it was my first time attending this clinic and unfortunately I won't be returning due to very little feedback from the lady who carried out my ultrasound other than being told I would need a CT scan, lovely reception lady called Lisa

Lovely receptionist, very pleasant. However the Dr was rude, and unpleasant. Felt like he had no time for me and paid 100 quid for 10 to 15mins. Got a second opinion from Vitalis healthcare and I got all the support, care and treatment I needed. Vitalis healthcare in Belfast is amazing unlike that Dr at Friends medical. I won't be back.

I booked a GP appointment on the website and got a very quick appointment on the same day, the GP was very pleasant and took time to listen and understand my concern. will definitely use this service again
