Kwik Fit - Aylesbury

The service was terrible. They broke my bonnet cable and then tried to pretend I had done it. Eventually they accepted they had broken it and agreed to fix it. When fixing it ten days later they scratched the panel where they had fitted a new handle. They again said I must have scratched it, bearing in mind they had been working on it 2 inches away. You couldn’t make it up. So rude and tried to humiliate me in front of customers implying I had done the damage. Women drivers keep away they seem to enjoy being rude. Go to Tyre Pros instead for better service and people who respect women. They are still part of the same group but service couldn’t be more different.

Couple of times in recent weeks I’ve used these guys, emergency exhaust replacement on my youngest lads Corsa 1 day before his driving test, top service and happy with the cost, most importantly they were willing to get the work done sharp.My own car developed a slow puncture literally hours before I was due to drive north to Scotland, the lads took it in, jobs were mounting up as more of us were coming in with the same issue, pot holes !!!! They worked hard to repair it, to no avail, however as I’d be leaving to head north they contacted the Newport Pagnell branch as it was en-route as they had the specific fairly rare tyre in stock, arranged the drop in and agreed the same cost, top class.. more than impressed. Recommend 100%

Waited for 15 mins without being acknowledge. Then ultimately was told I should have delivered my car earlier. No other MOT garage insists i drop of first thing in the morning. Long term customer, not anymore!!

Poor. They supposedly offer free diagnostics online. Booked car in was told it would be an hour. Came back nearly 1 hour later car not even moved. Excuses about other work. Could come back in afternoon. No thanks.

I called 2 other branches before calling Aylesbury. Both fully booked and not interested by my predicament. However, when John took my call, he listened and despite their busy schedule he offered me to pop in to sort my tyres out.I was out with 2 new tyres in less the 1 hour. Great service!

Service was good can’t complain, respectful staff member served me and even ran after me when I forgot my phone. (Don’t remember name but he had long light brown hair)

Was a big Job, but was kept informed - the guys work well under pressure. Excellent service and great prices. Always first port of call.

They were fully booked today 23/9 yet they said if I turned up they would try and squeeze me in and help out as I had an urgent need. Absolutely brilliant service, they sorted out a small puncture got me road ready and I have no delay to my journey today. Fanstastic service from Tom and his team. They have my tyre business forever. Thank you so much - forever grateful.

I went to kwik fit due to what I thought were 2 punctures in 2 different tyres and wanted to see if they could be repaired. I waited 3 hours and was given 3 different check results within this time. I originally was told they could repair 1 tyre but I would new a replacement tyre for my other puncture. They were very quick to give me a total of how much a new tyre and repair would cost. I refused the tyre as it wasn't the tyre I wanted and it was too expensive- I asked them just to repair the other puncture. An hour later I was then told they found another puncture in a different tyre but they could repair it, I said fine repair that one too.Within the next half hour I was then told the tyre with the newly found puncture actually had 2 and that they could not repair them and I would need a 2nd new tyre. They didn't give me much information on the location of the 2 punctures. Again I refused their tyres and told them to do the repair already discussed. I went away paying for 1 repair and I consulted another company for my 2 new tyres.This other company I consulted for my tyres looked at both 'irreparable' tyres and told me that they could have been repaired and also that one of the tyres hadn't even been taken off the wheel and checked. There was only 1 puncture in each tyre not 2 in 1 and 1 in the other as relayed to me by kwik fit. Also my only good tyre was not replaced correctly and sealed so I had a very flat tyre which I didn't notice until this other company pointed it out the next day. So in the end I wasted 3 hours sitting somewhere for 1 repair and then purchased 2 unnecessary tyres. It is disgusting that kwik fit didn't even bother to do their checks properly I took it for granted that a company with a well known name and reputation would make such a big error, I trusted them and I shouldn't have. I do not recommend kwik fit aylesbury they gave me the impression that they only wanted to sell me overpriced tyres and wasn't bothered about anything else. Take your money elsewhere!

Really disappointed with the service. Had a nail in the front near side tyre, got told it was it couldn’t be repaired and needed a new tyre because there was another puncture near it.Luckily I declined and got it repaired for a tenner elsewhere.Really nasty way of scamming people if they hadn’t known better.Never again.
