Poor service and average shisha. We went mid week and waited an extremely long waiting time for milkshakes and shisha, when things finally came items were still missing, twice. The place is run very poorly but done up very well.

Anaya Cafe (Basrah Lounge)
I’ve been ordering from here a lot especially late nights, but every time the food is amazing as well as the portion sizes and the service is always great. They always go above and beyond and I once ordered picked up from here by mistake and they delivered it free of charge at like 30mins past midnight in the rain. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and the owners are super generous

Absolutely amazing vibes, top quality food, staff friendly and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend for any day of the week.Edit: came here again and once again can’t complain Top quality shisha lounge

Decided to split the bill. He charged my friend half and charged me full price thinking I wouldn’t know. He refunded, but I don’t get how you can do that thinking I wouldn’t know.

So we went to watch Tyson fury fight. For 7 people they have us a tiny table and stuffed all the food on there so we had to literally put your plate in your lap to eat.Asked about 8 members of staff to get us another table and they all said yes and where no where to be seen. After leaving our food on table for 10 mins (getting cold) we decided to just eat with it in our lap.Half way through our meal the roof started leaking real bad. Completely soaking our shoes and a few people in full.We paid around 300 for food. Definitely not worth the experience.Food it self was not bad but service completely appalling.I would highly recommend to not go there again.After reading this review I hope they have some sense and maybe offer us a refund or partial atleast for the poor service and experience we had. If they do I will update this review.

DJ & song selection was good. However, the service provided was poor as we waited well over 10-15 mins to be heard by a waiter when it isn’t even busy. The shisha quality and food taste was really poor in comparison to other average Shisha lounges and even upon telling the management, they done nothing and still had the audacity to charge me service charge which I found out about after having paid as I wasn’t provided the receipt. Would not recommend

Genuinely wish I could rate it higher! We go shisha lounges regularly all over London and, this is by far one of the best! We just went again on the evening of Saturday 12th Aug...We've actually been here several times and finally realised I hadn't left a review yet so, here we go!From when your experience starts in the car park, that's how you know this is one attentive and 'on point' business. The guys/security outside are so respectful and polite greeting us with a 'good evening sir/madam'. It was so welcoming!The guy who showed us to our table followed through with the exact same tone and greeting which was a lovely way to be seated! Our waiter Omar was exceptional! He even remembered that we came last year to celebrate my birthday with a larger group, great memory!Service = phenomenal and personalisedFood = absolutely delicious, good portion size, and freshly hot!Shisha = banging! Doesn't die quick and staff are attentive with frequent coal to keep your smoke alive!Atmosphere = sick vibe! We love music in a lounge! Interior is gorgeous too! Seating is super comfy!Pricing = everything reasonably priced, especially shisha and food!We also ordered Adana kebab which was so good I ate it too fast and forgot to take a pic!Absolutely love it here ❤️

What a waste of time. It took them an hour to bring out desserts, and when they arrived, everything was cold. They had a DJ that played extremely loud Punjabi music from 2006, and the atmosphere was rubbish. The service was garbage. I would avoid this place at all costs.
