Do not under any circumstances use this company or any of their subsidiaries. They have now been placed into insolvency, have terrible (non-existent) communication and have failed to deliver products months after payment. They do not exist at the premises given in this listing.

Terrible online service. Ordered some products on the 14th of December for a 2 day delivery, and haven't received anything. I emailed them at the beginning of the month asking for an explanation. They explained to me they had a stock issue. I told them I do not want to wait any longer and I would like a refund. They have not responded to this email, so i am forced to claim a chargeback through the credit card company. I'm absolutely livid, and I advise anyone to stay away from their online service if they want to avoid being dissatisfied.

I am commenting purely on their online store and services, not their 3d printing / repair services. The customer service is absolutely TERRIBLE - and it doesn't seem like we are the only case, nor do they seem to be doing anything about it.My team ordered a product which was originally supposed to be dispatched in 2-3 weeks. It hit a ton of delays and arrived several months later. Following this, our team member requested a refund for the product as the time had far exceeded the timeline for receipt of the product, and a refund was initially agreed upon and approved".HOWEVER

Imagine a company, with the highest level of incompetence and dishonesty, that you possible can. Now double that metal image. You are now imagining close to the reality of Imakr.We purchased a printer, the printer is unfit for purpose, did not work as advertised, tech support cant resolve.IMakr only offer refunds after taking a maybe-legal restocking fee of 20%"

Be wary of giving them your money! We purchased a 3d model session from them 5 months ago and despite numerous visits to the store they are unable to fulfill the order. They agree to issue a refund however thats been several weeks and now they have gone quiet. Raised the issue with PayPal so at least I will hopefully get my money back but don't make the same mistake by giving them your money.

I received the item ordered only 2 days ago. Arrived in perfect condition and in excellent packaging . Really good service and the delivery driver was very polite. I will certainly be shopping with you again .

Unreliable, unprofessional, don’t waste your time!They didn’t meet the deadline for 3d printing and didn’t even bother to inform me they weren’t gonna be ready on time. Had I known about it earlier, I could have arranged something else. In order to meet my work deadline I had to use express printing services in London ( I’m sure you know how ridiculously a lot they charge for it). Their unprofessionallism has cost me a lot of stress and money!Then it took them over a week to process my refund, tens of phone calls. It still hasn’t come through.

I don't usually write reviews. I must get twenty requests every week to write them. But in the case of iMakr I decided to write one. In short they are just good at their job. They are polite, helpful and I keep looking for the catch! There doesn't seem to be one. I have bought two 3d printers from them over two years and in both cases all the staff have been terrific. I have no hesitation in recommending them
