Visited store on 16 September. Looking for ideas on fitting new bathroom. Shannon was super helpful. Looked at different options and Shannon explained clearly and in a way I could understand easily. She has excellent customer service skills, a credit to your organisation.

Please can you pass on our feedback and appreciation for him, he was the one who made the experience and is the reason we will return to this store instead of the luton store

Having spent close to £700 this year at Wicks I was so disappointed that I could not return surplus items because I had lost my receipt even though the items had Wicks stickers on them and I had paid using my credit card

Could't get what I wanted. First thing was Ronseal wood filler cartridges... nope, none of them - not even different shades. Then I thought while I was there, to get some 12V GU5.3 downlight fittings for the bathroom... nope, they sell the light bulbs but not the fittings. I asked the store worker who was nearby, who looked and couldn't find any - so told me to go to the front of store and ask them to look it up on the computer. But after a few minutes, they couldn't find anything and a queue of impatient looking customers was building up - as seemed to be only one checkout open.

I can only give this canopy one star the item is very delicate winds would smash it then it would blow it away
