We recently had the patio replaced in our back garden and weren't satisfied with the process and end result.Firstly, on-site they did not confirm with us where the new patio was going so started breaking the ground in a different place to what we had planned. We had to stop them and ask what their plan was and we then only agreed on the final shape and positioning.Secondly, if we did not state what we wanted in the initial consultation, they just did their own thing without asking us first. For example, I never knew what pointing was before doing this project, I just knew I wanted everything to be grey. They proceeded to do the pointing in brown and after asking about it afterwards, they said it was standard and grey would've been extra. However, nowhere did they give us that option which we would've preferred.Otherwise they were very friendly and did the work in a timely manner.

Have used Nick, Sam and their team on two separate occasions, a new drive way and a new patio area including a rockery & water feature. Very professional, trustworthy and a good eye for detail,made the whole experience from the original visit to finishing on time and in budget a pleasure, would definitely recommend.
